產後建議 Postpartum Care

​自然產的話,建議每天三次溫水坐浴,增強血液循環,促進撕裂傷口癒合,幫助骨盆腔盡快恢復之正常狀態,降低子宮下垂和失禁機率。剖腹產的話,傷口則需7–10天就可癒合,但體內的深層傷口就需要45天左右才能癒合,月子期間避免操勞和劇熱運動,應多加休息和食療養生,讓身體慢慢恢復過來。喂母乳是一個神聖的使命,但不應該成為產婦的責任,更不應該將產奶量作比較,而成為一種壓力,盡了力就足夠,每個人的體質都不一樣,一切順期自然便是好,開開心心生活每一天最重要。產後該放松心情無壓力,睡眠充足休息好,營養膳食要丰富,具備這三個條件,奶水就自然來了,缺一都不可喔。要上奶就要先喝通乳茶打通乳線,出奶就感覺無痛暢順,再喝催乳湯,奶量就自然遞增了。BB 吃得飽就可以讓黃疸從大小二便排走,吃得滿足就睡得好,就長身體助發育,初生嬰兒出生後兩個月內,是增強體質提升免疫力的黃金時期。

For vaginal childbirth, the mother is advised to take warm baths three times a day. This practice enhances blood circulation and promotes the healing of tears. It also helps the pelvic area recover swiftly, reducing the chances of uterine prolapse and incontinence. In the case of Cesarean birth, the surface wound usually heals within 7-10 days, but the deeper tissues may take around 45 days to heal. During the postpartum period, the mother should avoid strenuous activities and intense exercises. Instead, rest and focus on a balanced diet.

Breastfeeding is a sacred duty, but it shouldn't be a burden for mothers. It should never become a source of comparison or stress. Doing one's best is enough. Every individual's body is different, and everything will naturally fall into place with time. The key is to live a happy life every day. During the postpartum period, the mother should relax, get sufficient rest, and maintain a nutritious diet. With these three conditions met, breast milk will naturally increase. Drinking lactation tea can help clear milk ducts, making breastfeeding painless and smooth. Follow it up with lactation soup, and milk production will naturally increase.

When the baby is well-fed, the likelihood of jaundice is naturally decreased because bilirubin is eliminated through urine and stool. A satisfied baby sleeps well, grows, and develops better.
